Payment
Full payment is required at the time of the reservation with MasterCard or Visa.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of your reservation date for a full refund less a $20 handling fee. Cancellations made after 14 days will not be refunded unless we are able to rebook the room but a handling fee of $20 will apply.
Cancellations for September through October, holidays and special events must be made 30 days in advance for a full refund, less the $20 handling fee. If we are able to rebook the room we will refund the full amount, less the $20 handling fee.
Children and Pets
We cannot allow pets. No children under the age of 14 unless special arrangements have been made. Children are allowed if all rooms booked by the same party.
Breakfast
Our breakfast is served in the dining room at our expansive farm table at 9 AM. You are also welcome to enjoy your breakfast alfresco style on the deck. Please inform us at the time of booking your reservation of any food allergies or dietary restrictions.
Happy Hour
NOTICE:
Due to COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending our 5 PM Happy Hour in an effort to keep our guests safe.
We invite you to join us at our Happy Hour at 5:00 PM for a complimentary glass of wine and an assortment of appetizers.
Coffee Bar
Our early morning coffee bar is conveniently located on the second floor. Coffee will be available by 6:30 AM. Our coffee bar also offers tea and hot chocolate.
History Area
Please feel free to browse through our history area, also located in the second floor hall. Here you will find a variety of interesting documents, banking ledgers and other legal papers from the 1860’s and 1870’s.
Library
Our Common room is lined floor to ceiling with bookcases, complete with a library ladder. You are welcome to select any book for a relaxing weekend read.
Deck
Our spacious deck is for your enjoyment! Relax on the comfortable, cushioned wicker love seat and glider chairs with ottomans or one of our umbrella tables while overlooking the pool and grape arbor. The deck is shaded in the afternoon making this a pleasant place to unwind after a day on the Katy Trail or visit to the wineries!
Hot Tub and Pool
We hope you enjoy our recessed hot tub surrounded by decking and shaded by a high-ceilinged gazebo with skylights. Take a refreshing dip in our in-ground pool next to the grape arbor. We provide beach towels for your use when using our hot tub and pool. Pool closes at 10:00 PM. Hot tub closes at 11:00 PM.
Bocce, Washers, Ladder Golf and Water Volleyball
These games are available for your use in our backyard; just let us know which one(s) you would like.
Day Trips
Augusta is so much more than just a weekend destination. If you want to seek adventure and explore surrounding communities, hiking trails, historic sites, etc., we have several pre-printed Day Trips; just ask to see our selection.
No Smoking
The Red Brick Inn is a non-smoking establishment. You may smoke on the deck or yard area but we ask that you please be considerate of others.
Quiet Time
We ask that you please observe quiet time at 11 PM so all of our guests can receive a restful night’s sleep. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Inebriation
For the sake of our other guests, if you have had an over appreciation of alcoholic beverages, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. We will be happy to call a cab, at your expense.
Bachelorette Parties
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate Bachelorette parities.
Late Reservations
We do not accept reservations for the same day after 4 PM.
Your stay
One night in Augusta is hardly enough time to experience the tranquility of a quaint small town set within a magnificent backdrop of the rolling hills and vineyards of Missouri wine country. With our in-town location you can walk to shops, restaurants and several wineries. There is so much to see and do in our area…or just do nothing at all except relax at the Red Brick Inn! We welcome you and we will do our best to make your stay with us a most pleasant and memorable experience!
